Seen. Heard. Then challenged.
I listen before I prescribe. I’ll take your ambitions seriously—and ask the questions a polite nod won’t answer.

01THE WORK
The ideas are there. So is the effort. Sometimes what’s missing is a clear-eyed partner who can see the opportunity, ask the right questions, and help move it forward.
Positioning, messaging, and marketing that make your value easier to understand—and easier to choose.
Make the story land 02 /Sales strategy, client relationships, referral channels, and partnerships that aren’t dependent on you doing everything.
Build a stronger growth engine 03 /Leadership, hiring, culture, and clearer expectations. Get people behind the vision, not just through the meeting.
Get the team aligned 04 /Pressure-test opportunities, make consequential decisions, and turn an ambitious vision into a realistic next move.
Find the right prioritiesExpense efficiency · Commercial negotiation · Investor communications · Strategic events · Client experience
02THE HUMAN PART
People buy. People lead.
People make the whole thing work.
I pay attention to what people care about, what builds trust, and what helps them act. The strategy matters. So does how it feels to be in the room.
A little more about meI listen before I prescribe. I’ll take your ambitions seriously—and ask the questions a polite nod won’t answer.
When the pressure rises, I bring perspective, candor, and a steady hand. Your business doesn’t need another source of drama.
I look for what’s possible, question the assumptions, and keep the plan grounded in what can actually be done.
We can work through serious challenges without making every conversation feel like a root canal.

KYLE HENDERSON · A SIMPLE STANDARD FOR THE WORK06FAIR QUESTIONS
Good questions are always welcome.
Especially the direct ones.
Founders, business owners, and leadership teams with a real business, a meaningful challenge, and the willingness to act. My focus is marketing, sales, strategy, leadership, people, and partnerships. I also consider privately scoped operating-advisory work for family-office principals.
Yes. Henderson & Co. is founder-led, and I lead the work personally. If a project would benefit from another specialist, we would discuss the role, cost, and access before anyone is added.
Yes. It is a 45-minute conversation to understand the situation and see whether there is a fit. It is not the paid strategy session, and there is no obligation to proceed. We agree on timing before the call.
That depends on the engagement. Sessions and advisory relationships focus on decisions and direction. Sprints produce defined deliverables. Fractional leadership includes responsibility for agreed workstreams—not unlimited coverage of the business.
Tell me about it. We can discuss a custom scope or whether another resource would be more appropriate. Additional advisory work, when separately agreed, is $400 per hour.
Please keep the initial inquiry high-level. Before sensitive materials are shared or work begins, we can address confidentiality, any existing business interests, and potential conflicts in writing. The website form itself is not an NDA or an engagement agreement.
07YOUR NEXT MOVE
Let’s start there.
Bring the ambition. Bring the messy question. You don’t need a polished brief to have a useful first conversation.
First: a complimentary 45-minute fit conversation.
Then: a clear recommendation on how—or whether—to work together.
Always: a person on the other end. Me.
No form person? Email works beautifully.
