Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed before payment.

Professional boundaries

Henderson & Co. provides business advisory and defined fractional-leadership services. The website does not offer legal, tax, accounting, clinical, securities-investment, brokerage, or placement services. Regulated or specialized work should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.
