WEBSITES & DIGITAL PRESENCE

A website that reflects your business—and helps it grow.

Launching something new or replacing the website you’ve outgrown? I plan, design, build, and launch company websites that make your value clear and give the right visitors an obvious next step.

START WHERE YOU ARE

A new website.
Or a better use of the one you have.

Build something new

Launch a company website with a clear structure, thoughtful copy, responsive design, and a useful inquiry path. Bring the brand and the business into the same conversation from the beginning.

Replace what you’ve outgrown

Redesign an outdated site around today’s business. Review existing content, valuable URLs, platform needs, and migration requirements before deciding what should change.

Improve what is already there

Fix confusing messaging, weak mobile experiences, unclear navigation, or inquiry friction. A focused improvement may be the right investment when the underlying site still serves you.

FROM BUSINESS CONTEXT TO LIVE WEBSITE

An attractive site is a start.
An effective one has a job to do.

The work connects commercial goals, content, design, and delivery. The project agreement defines which steps and deliverables your website needs.

  1. Discover

Understand the business, audience, positioning, existing website, available content, technical needs, and the actions you want customers to take.

  2. Plan

Agree on scope, page structure, messaging, design direction, and the right platform for your requirements. Define content, migration, functionality, and integration needs.

  3. Design & build

Create the agreed responsive pages, implement approved content, develop appropriate functionality, and connect supported tools and integrations.

  4. Optimize

Establish relevant technical SEO foundations, internal links, search-friendly content structure, performance improvements, and clear conversion paths.

  5. Launch

Check devices and browsers, verify forms and integrations, review redirects and domain requirements, and confirm the live website works as intended.

  6. Support

Provide the agreed documentation, account access, and handover. Define any ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or improvement work separately.

A STRAIGHTFORWARD AGREEMENT

A clear scope makes room for good work.

Website builds and substantial redesigns are quoted as defined projects. You can inquire directly about the website you need.

The site and the work behind it

We agree on pages, copy, visual direction, content migration, functionality, integrations, revisions, testing, and deliverables. Complexity, content readiness, timing, and any specialist requirements shape the quote.

Accounts, ownership, and costs

The agreement establishes ownership, account access, credentials, hosting responsibilities, and domain arrangements. Hosting, domains, third-party platforms, and licensed assets may carry separate costs.

Search and ongoing improvement

A website’s SEO foundations and a full search campaign are different scopes. SEO & Search Visibility can be included as defined work or engaged separately. Maintenance and ongoing optimization are agreed services, with clear capacity.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few practical questions.

A clear scope makes for a better working relationship.

Do I need a complete redesign?

We start by looking at what is working, what is getting in the way, and what the business needs now. Sometimes clearer messaging and a better inquiry path are enough. Sometimes the platform or structure justifies a larger change.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes, where the platform, access, and existing implementation make that practical. We assess the site first and agree on the improvements, limitations, and responsibilities.

Can you help with branding and copy?

Yes. Positioning, messaging, content structure, website copy, and visual identity direction can be included in the scope. Photography, extensive content production, or specialist design work may need a separate arrangement.

Will the website work well on mobile?

Responsive design and checks on relevant mobile and desktop sizes are part of the agreed build. We pay attention to readable type, navigation, touch targets, forms, and the actions visitors need to take.

Can SEO be included?

Yes. We define the technical foundations, content, research, and optimization included in your project. A website build does not automatically include a comprehensive SEO campaign or ongoing search work.

How long does a website project take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, approvals, integrations, migration, and testing. We establish a realistic schedule after discovery and agree on the decisions and materials needed to keep it moving.

How is website pricing determined?

Each project is quoted around its scope, deliverables, complexity, content requirements, integrations, testing, timeline, specialist needs, and ongoing support. A website build is not automatically included in a Growth & Strategy Sprint.

Can you handle launch and deployment?

Yes, within the agreed scope and authorized access. Launch work can include deployment, redirect checks, coordination of domain requirements, and verification of the live site, forms, and supported integrations.

What happens after launch?

We complete the agreed handover and documentation, then follow the support arrangement in the project agreement. Maintenance, revisions, and further improvements have defined responsibilities and capacity.

Who owns the website and related accounts?

Ownership, deliverables, licenses, account access, and credentials are agreed in writing before work begins. We also establish who manages hosting, domains, renewals, and third-party services after handover.
